This research aims to demonstrate the impact of sustainable leadership on enhancing human resource resilience through a field study in the Nineveh Provincial Council. The study relied on a descriptive-analytical approach using a questionnaire consisting of three axes covering the dimensions of sustainable leadership (future vision, social responsibility, environmental development), in addition to measuring human resource resilience. The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 179 male and female employees. The results showed that sustainable leadership has a positive and significant impact on enhancing employee resilience, with the statistical model explaining 75.8% of the change in human resource resilience. Social responsibility was the most influential dimension, while the results showed that employees enjoy a high level of adaptability, despite some challenges associated with managing daily stress. The study recommends formally adopting sustainable leadership practices, linking performance to social responsibility, and organizing psychological support and training programs.
