Author Guidelines
These instructions contain three sections, namely: (research template, writing references, instructions for authors), and as below:
- The manuscript can be sent using Submission system in the journal website.
- The manuscript is subject to the Turnitin plagiarism detection software before sending to reviewers.
- The research undertaking, Copyrights, and submission request forms (available in the Author Guidelines section) should be completed formally and submitted before any action is taken by the journal.
- NTU Journal of Renewable Energy applies the license of CC BY (a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License). If you need to know information on this license, please follow this link: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/
- The author must incorporate revisions required by referees within a maximum period of one month; however, the final copy of the manuscript should be viewed and approved by the author within a period of three days.
- The author/s should be declared if any, national or international organizations explicitly cover such fees for articles originated in funded research projects. If it is not announced by the author/s and if the grant authorities have a conflicting, in this case, the manuscript will be rejected in any process of publishing while if the paper published in this case the journal marked on the paper by "retracted ".
Submission Preparation Checklist:
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines:
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word.
- The Manuscript should be written in English only.
- The research undertaking, submission request, and copyrights form. available in the Author Guidelines section) should be completed formally and submitted before any action taken by the journal.
Authors' Duties:
- Reporting Standards
Researcher(s) must comply with the regulations and disciplines of “publication policy” and the writing style approved by the journal. Criteria of accurate manuscripts must be provided through clarity of the aim, presentation of results in an accurate and sequent way, discussion of these results to fulfill the aims of the research along with object justification of the method of research. The manuscripts should be enhanced with work details as well as with modern scientific references. Researches should not include results stated in other researches. Inclusion of results that are forged or stolen is considered unethical and unacceptable behavior.
- Multiple, Redundant, or Concurrent Publication
Researchers should not send their work to more than one journal; otherwise, it would be against the discipline of the publication. It is not permitted for researchers to submit a manuscript being evaluated to another journal that has its own policy of publication. In the case of submitting a manuscript, a researcher can retain the published material.
- Authorship of the Paper
Specific names of the authors must be given, those who have made a significant contribution in the research including the idea of the research, design, implementation, and writing. One of the authors must be appointed as a coordinator to be in contact with the journal. A final approval should be given for the final version of the manuscript submitted to publication (the pledge).
- Disclosure and Conflict of Interests
Researchers should reveal financial support or any other kind of support provided for them. Also, they should reveal any financial conflicts or other issues that affect the results or the interpretations of the research.
- Fundamental Errors in Published Works
Researcher(s) should notify the editor or the publisher in case of misstatements in the material of their manuscripts in order to do the needed corrections in the misprinting forms. When authors discover a significant error or inaccuracy in the published research, they should inform and cooperate with the editor or the publisher of the journal in order to undo or correct their researches in the misprinted form.
