Prepare the Manuscript

Use the Manuscript Template. The file must be blinded (no author names) and formatted in Times New Roman 11 pt, justified, 1.15 line spacing.

  • General Structure: The paper must follow the standard IMRAD structure (Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion).
  • Title: Title Case, centered, bold (14 pt), max 20 words.
  • Abstract: 150-300 words. No citations.
  • Keywords: 3-6 keywords (italic, controlled vocabularies).
  • References: Vancouver Style. Numbered in brackets [1, 2].
  • Reference Management: We strongly recommend using software such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote to manage your citations. Ensure that a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) is included for every reference where available.

Mandatory Statements (Place after Conclusion):

  • Ethical Statement: Required for human/animal studies (including IRB number).
  • Funding: Declare sources or state "No external funding."
  • Data Availability: State how data can be accessed.
  • Conflicts of Interest: Declare any conflicts.

Variations by Paper Type:

  • Scholarly Communication: Follow a concise IMRAD structure with a shorter abstract (~150 words) and limited figures.

Fill the Author Declaration Form

The corresponding author must sign to certify:

  • Originality & AI Policy: Work is original, and AI use complies with journal limits.

  • Online Submission: All manuscripts must be submitted exclusively via the Submission System on the journal website.
  • Plagiarism Screening: Every manuscript is subject to Turnitin plagiarism detection software before being sent to reviewers.

What to Expect After Submission

The review and publication process follows these stages:

  1. Initial Screening: Immediately after submission, the manuscript undergoes a technical check to ensure compliance with formatting guidelines and is screened for plagiarism using Turnitin.
  2. Peer Review Process: If the manuscript passes screening, a Section Editor is assigned. The manuscript is sent for double-blind peer review to independent experts. The Editor reviews the reports and determines if the paper requires major revisions, minor revisions, or rejection.
  3. Acceptance & Payment: Once the manuscript is accepted, the corresponding author will receive an official notification email. This email will request payment of the Article Processing Charge (APC) and the submission of the signed Copyright Agreement.
  4. Production & Formatting: After administrative requirements are met, the document undergoes a final language and layout check to ensure it meets the journal’s publishing standards.
  5. Final Proof & Publication: Final proof (galley proof) is sent to the author for verification. Once approved, the article is scheduled for publication, and the author is notified of the official publication date.
